One of our tenets for engineering Ella Core is simplicity. Simplicity in the background, by hiding complexity from our users, and in the foreground, by designing a beautiful and intuitive UI.
I won't name names, but most networking software is ugly and complicated. It doesn't have to be!
We care deeply about our interface. It's engineered to be easy to navigate, fast, secure, widely compatible and, importantly, beautiful. If you spend time looking at our dashboard, whether it's on a TV in your NOC or 20 inches from your laptop screen while configuring subscribers, you should appreciate the experience.
We're continuously improving our user interface. Over the past few weeks, we:
- Added descriptions and search for subscribers
- Redesigned time pickers for navigating radio events and subscriber traffic flows
- Added datapath memory usage metrics to the dashboard
- Made many accessibility improvements
