Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ella Networks will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. In no case will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
